There are serious, unresolved questions about how this foreign investment may jeopardize national security, and this Commission has a legal obligation to answer them before handing wealthy friends of this Administration yet another Billionaire Buddy Bypass.

The public airwaves belong to every American, not just the billionaire buddies of this Administration. If the Paramount-WBD merger could reach up to 100% of foreign ownership, as the company claims in its own filing, that demands a rigorous review by the FCC.

The FCC played an important role in developing and implementing the lifesaving tool that is 988. And during the last Administration, we worked hard to expand it to text and chat services so more folks could reach it. We must continue to support 988 so it can save more lives.
