Federal judge says Stewart Rhodes, Oath Keeper convicted of seditious conspiracy for Jan 6, cannot enter the US Capitol building or DC without permission from the judge. Rhodes had his sentence commuted on Monday by Pres Trump. Several others who also had sentences commuted have same restrictions.

JUST IN: The Dept of Defense estimates that the deployment of National Guard and Marines to Los Angeles will cost $134 million, per DoD's CFO testifying before a House hearing. She says that'll "largely" be temporary duty costs like travel, housing, & food.
