The latest attack ad from Winsome Earle-Sears has this quote from Abigail Spanberger Wouldn’t be surprised if majority of Virginians support that statement There is a risk Earle-Sears enters Ken Cuccinelli territory if goes overboard on social issues

Margin at top of ticket really could matter for Virginia House of Delegates Each point above 5% could equate to an additional House seat for Dems So 5% Spanberger win as a floor with some auto-flips But difference between 5% and 10% could be huge in terms of 5 more net seats

The GOP candidate in Virginia House of Delegates district HD-20 has dropped out He lost his job as a Federal contractor and has no income Perhaps a sign of the times… His name will still appear on ballot given the late withdrawal HD-20 was Harris +14 www.princewilliamtimes.com/news/gop-nom...

My objective assessment where many Iranians stand Happy Khamenei is gone Understand regime will not give up and there will be high price as war continues In survival mode and not in a place to rise up I say all this as someone who would like nothing more than regime to fall

My super annoying over analysis of Virginia early vote after 1 day Don’t think will hit 2025 Governor turnout of 3.43M total votes But we will get solid turnout probably between 2-3M total votes Expecting over 1M early votes Needless to say, way too early to know who it helps

First turnout report in battleground county which usually has good turnout 791 early votes first day in 2025 and 359 in 2023 Expect today to be closer to 2023 turnout than 2025 Solid number, but not record breaking Makes sense given Virginians not used to voting now

A valid question Short answer is map would only apply for 3 elections After 2030, VA would have to redraw maps due to census Same Redistricting Commission as last time would be responsible, with VA Supreme Court as backstop Would require another referendum for something else

The regime fought a brutal 8 year war against Saddam He bombed Iranian cities, sent his armies, and even used chemical weapons That war is part of the regime’s core ideology Difficult to imagine they would just give up As much as I’d like to see them go

Tomorrow is start of early voting for VA redistricting referendum Don’t think will reach 2025 levels of early voting which had 33K first day Probably get more than 2023 state elections first day of 12K Expect lots of over analysis, but will give a sense of potential turnout
