Can’t believe we’ve lost Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark. She was a consummate Speaker who led her caucus brilliantly and achieved so much for Minnesota. I’ve campaigned with Melissa throughout the state and was forever impressed by her levelheaded, yet passionate, leadership. (1/2)

Somebody decided to put me up at the Hay Adams hotel in Washington. When I woke up and opened the curtains, I saw the damn White House staring right back at me. I wasn't very happy about it. (1/2)
