If I don't see multiple ~media reporters~ columns about the extraordinarily irresponsible Wall Street Journal report from yesterday morning — and their extensive promotion of that inflammatory report — you all should just pack up and go home.

I repeat: This is WILDLY illegal. Trump is just outright, explicitly, egregiously ignoring the law. The fact that NONE of these words in the Times post say so is a failure of journalism.

I guess Trump really did think of Kirk like a member of his family.

We’re now past 5p Monday with no order from SCOTUS on DOJ’s mail ballot rule stay request. Every day that passes makes it less likely SCOTUS will allow the USPS rule to be in effect for this election (b/c more harm is created for the states/groups daily) — and more likely that someone is writing.

*This* is a memory. And an honor.

But, seriously, if Thomas does recuse, that would be hilarious — and appropriate — for Eastman and Sekulow.

UPDATE: DOJ decided to play fast and loose this morning. Without even filing a notice of appeal in the DSCC case, SG Sauer made arguments to SCOTUS about the merits of the DSCC case injunction in a "supplemental brief" in the stay application pending in the California/LWV cases out of Mass.

Well, didn’t like waking up to the Sunday news. Not particularly surprising, but still. 😭
