BREAKING: We filed a brief last night on behalf of TX voters to push back against Gov. Abbott’s attempt to silence people. Gov Abbott’s attempt to expel a sitting state representative is not only unconstitutional – it could set a dangerous precedent that would be toxic to our democracy.

BREAKING: We secured a court order requiring the State Dept to preserve & account for Signal messages of senior national security officials, including Sec. Marco Rubio. This is an important step to force accountability for an admin that’s shown alarming disregard for transparency required by law.

On behalf of former civil servants, we’re suing the Office of Special Counsel and the Acting Special Counsel for abandoning their statutory duty to protect the federal workforce. The OSC was created to shield federal workers from retaliation and political interference. It must do that job.

The Trump-Vance admin wants to replace programs proven to reduce teen pregnancy with programs that exclusively promote abstinence-only, erase LGBTQ+ people from education, and push medically inaccurate information about birth control. We stopped this unlawful effort before, and we'll do it again.

Federal employees fighting for what they believe – in their personal capacity, no less – should not be punished because the president doesn’t like what they have to say. We will fight in court for the First Amendment rights of these former EPA employees.
