Roberts Court has ended affirmative action, abortion rights, the establishment clause, federalism, made POTUS above the law and is about to return us to a 1933 understanding of the separation of powers by ruling the NLRB unconstitutional. Umpires folks just umpires. Roberts is heading towards Taney.

New SCOTUS term starts Monday, ends in June long after the midterms. Expect super strong gun rights and religious supremacy to win big, climate change fighters to lose, and the biggest winner, as always with the Roberts Court, will be the GOP and BIG BUSINESS. And Trump will still complain.

Just a reminder that the Supreme Court has held that, despite all the botched executions and all the torment around defective and tortuous lethal injections, it is the defendant who has the burden of proof to show the state has access to a less dangerous means of killing. How can they show that???
