I’m not waiting any more. It’s time to accept the fact that if we don’t make it happen, it will never happen.

A big day for my daughter, Sarah! This morning she graduated from Northeastern University, and tonight she’s going to “an evening with Rachel Maddow” with me.

Another Monday where Allentown shows up and makes their voices heard!!

I went to church this morning and regretted it. I couldn’t sing or pray or take communion. All I could think about were the innocent men we sent to CECOT. In my life I’ve never seen a story so much like Jesus’ betrayal and crucifixion. When will Kilmar and the others get their Easter?

I don’t like to donate to politicians, even the ones I like. I just think money for campaigns is yucky, so I don’t feel good about donating at all. However if @hcrichardson.bsky.social runs for senate in Maine, I will donate. I hope the Maine Dems are listening.

Here is a teacher in Allentown who begs to differ. Can you even imagine the quality of life increase we would have if Bezos paid the same tax rate that I do?

Also because it’s pointless to negotiate with Trump. He can’t be trusted to keep his word.

It took me until November 2024 to see this. Unfortunately, once you see it, you can’t unsee it.

I’m literally crying with the loss of The Late Show. Colbert is what makes us great. One more thing they killed.

I was volunteering as a poll greeter one town over when this happened. I stepped further away from the parked cars and looked at the voters on the sidewalk with new eyes. The fear is real, but I’m also happy to say neither myself nor any of the other volunteers left. Our nation is worth it.
