One out of every four dollars spent on health care in TN comes from Medicaid. Medicaid covers more than 50% of births and almost 60% of Tennesseans in nursing homes. Eight of Tennessee’s members of Congress put Medicaid on the chopping block tonight to cut taxes for rich folks.

This ruling isn’t a surprise. The unconstitutionality has been clear from the jump. But farmers & small businesses have already been harmed. Most families paid $1,000+ of illegal taxes. US relations with the world already thrown into chaos. And all based on an abuse of power.
