Sets deadline, biggest news story in the world, he gets the attention he needs to survive. Changes deadline for face-saving reasons, claims victory or says we’re gonna kill ‘em all, gets the attention he needs to feel worth something. Either way, always dark, small, sad.

Incredible that this line of thinking never seems to apply to the second amendment.
