Thought for Starmer: Make Angela Rayner Health Secretary, citing her experience of the care system. She clears out Palantir and refocuses on the public service remit of the NHS. Reinstate her as Deputy Prime Minister - Lammy isn’t Deputy Leader so that’s not a requirement and he has another job.

A reminder that other tax experts thought Angela Rayner did not have to pay higher rate stamp duty.
