Cassidy claims Blanche can pushback against the “worst impulses” of Trump. So what? Either he hasn’t exercised that superpower or he’s disagreed with Trump on a lot of really awful things that Trump is still making him do and he isn’t resigning or speaking up as any ethical prosecutor would.

Note to all elected officials but especially Senators Cornyn and Tillis: stop pretending to care about things/principles you don’t actually care about. You are fooling no one and you just look pathetic.
