Overall, the Bengals’ calculus is that Burrow, Chase, and Higgins together create a baseline so high on offense that they’re always a small break or two in the draft from serious contention. They’d need to do that in the draft anyway. Hard to overstate the impact of Manning, Wayne, and Harrison.
