The U.S. Department of Justice is threatening Victims of Crime Act funds to get states to assist with immigration enforcement. In New York, over $212 million in funds are at stake. I'm fighting back so New Yorkers can access the support they need.

My office is intervening in a lawsuit to defend our shield law and stop Texas from imposing its cruel abortion ban here in New York.  Our shield law exists to protect New Yorkers from out-of-state extremists, and our state will always stand as a safe haven for freedom of choice.

The Supreme Court is taking on a case that challenges part of the Voting Rights Act. It ensures voters of color can elect representatives of their choice. I'm leading a group of AGs to defend this law and protect voting rights for everyone in our country.

The federal administration is trying to take mental health services away from children. We stopped them once, and we'll do it again. We're suing to protect our children’s mental health and ensure schools can hire the counselors, social workers, and the psychologists they need.

In June, the One Fair Price Act passed the legislature in New York! Once this bill becomes law, shoppers will be able to trust that the price they pay is not dictated by their web browsing history, income, race, or zip code.

Last month, my office secured a court order protecting billions of dollars in USDA funding. As our lawsuit continues, I'll keep working to protect food for families and critical support for farmers across New York.

Big companies like 3M and DuPont knowingly sold dangerous products with PFAS. These "forever chemicals" threatened New Yorkers’ health and polluted our environment for decades.   I'm suing to make the companies responsible for this toxic pollution pay for the damage they caused.

New Yorkers are getting flooded with annoying, predatory robocalls every day, putting their finances and personal information at risk.   That's why my office and a bipartisan coalition of AGs are urging the federal government to crack down on illegal robocalls to help fight fraud.
