Final line from Judge Kaplan's explanation last night of his order okaying release of Trump's $5+M security deposit with the court clerk to E Jean Carroll's atty: "[D]efendant has been stalling this case for years. ... It's time for him to 'do equity' and pay the judgment."

Does E Jean Carroll have the money yet? My understanding is that it can take a few days for funds to be transferred out of the court's acct & for the bank to process a wire transfer into the atty's client acct. So Carroll's atty might not have the funds in her client acct till beginning of next week
