It's an odd thing to listen to one side spout violent rhetoric for years and then, after one of their own is murdered, have to listen to people scold the rest of us about how violence is not the answer. We know! We weren't the ones saying it was.

I do think some people in the mainstream media reacted the way they did cause they’re legit worried they’re next but I also think the general reaction is a good reminder that, ideology aside, they all see themselves as being on the same team in some respects. They rep that team first and foremost.
