One of the most important lessons I hope Democrats/progressives/people who care about democracy learn in the fallout of the election is the urgent, critical need to invest in owning + scaling our own media ecosystem to reach Americans with factual, values-driven, civic news + information.

Agree with every word of @faiz.bsky.social here - we need more candidates with both the spine to stand up to the tech billionaires who have co-opted our democracy, and who have a vision for how to hold tech + AI accountable to building IN SERVICE to all Americans, not in detriment.
